REFUND POLICY

Full refund available if cancellation by email occurs by at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event (168 hours prior to camp start time). After that time, no refunds or credits will be given. If an individual cannot attend due to a medical reason, please provide a doctor’s note to philliel@jmu.edu to receive a refund. No refunds will be given for voluntary exit from camp.
